Credit Management Workshop in January 2011
The credit culture is all around us.
Giving credit on business is critical to sell and can be crippling in terms of collecting back your dues. A number of cases of defaulting parties hit the news lately and some debtors use bullying tactics.

These and other questions will be addressed at the Credit Management Workshop, which will be held on Friday 14th January from 13:30 until 17:30.
This is an insider's workshop for people working in credit control.
Subjects covered are:
- Establishing a Profit Centric Credit Policy
- Tactics of the Professional Debt Collector (phone, emails and assertive communication)
- Gauging the risk of giving credit
- Legal Aspects of credit management
- Using a credit reference agency
This workshop is an updated version of a previous workshop. Maximum number of attendees is eight.
