CREDIT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP - 9TH MARCH
On the 9th March, Innovaxin International Ltd will be running the popular Credit Management and Debt Collection Workshop which will focus on the art and science of effective and efficient credit collection, how to do it promptly and without losing clients.
It will run from 13:30hrs till 17:30hrs.
The subjects covered are:

- Tactics of the Professional Debt Collector (phone, emails and assertive communication)
- Gauging the risk of giving credit
- Legal Aspects of credit management
- Using a credit reference agency
This is an intensive course and participants will get:

- Templates of credit contract, chasing letters and checklist
- Expert trainers with over 15 years experience and with a minimum of a master's level of education
